To further enhance the campaigns, Frans utilised a custom subdomain to align the vacancies with NSX's own website domain, ensuring consistent branding across all campaign materials. The impact was significant: the ads generated over 400,000 impressions and attracted more than 2,520 visitors to the vacancies.

Frans appreciated the platform's user-friendly interface, which simplified the entire recruitment process—from creating social media campaigns to following up with candidates.
